About the Role
Inc Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist tax advisory firm as they look to recruit a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager or Manager to join their expanding team.
The transfer pricing team currently consists of a small specialist group and is expanding due to increasing client demand. This presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to play a key role in the growth of the team while gaining exposure to a wide range of international transfer pricing projects across multiple sectors.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and support transfer pricing advisory and compliance engagements across a varied client base.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analysis.
- Advise clients on transfer pricing policy design and implementation.
- Support work relating to thin capitalisation and intra-group financing arrangements.
- Conduct economic and statistical analysis using benchmarking platforms.
- Assist with tax authority enquiries, disputes and controversy matters.
- Research and apply OECD and HMRC transfer pricing guidance.
- Identify opportunities to support clients with additional services across the wider tax practice.
- Support the development of junior team members and graduates.
Person Specification
- Professionally qualified CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent, or a relevant postgraduate qualification in economics, finance, law or accounting.
- Experience working on transfer pricing projects within practice or industry.
- Strong knowledge of OECD and HMRC transfer pricing principles.
- Experience dealing directly with clients and intermediaries.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
What’s On Offer
This permanent role offers a salary of £50,000–£60,000 for Assistant Manager level and £60,000–£70,000 for Manager level, alongside hybrid working with three days per week in the office in either Leeds or Nottingham.
