Job Description
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally
- Support the sales function by preparing quotations, proposals, and renewal documentation
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling activities
- Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline through CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider sales team, contributing to forecasting and reporting
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a sales support or account management role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and develop within a commercial environment
- Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate data records
- A team player – collaborative, personable, and sociable with a positive attitude
