Job Description

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Support the sales function by preparing quotations, proposals, and renewal documentation
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling activities
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline through CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider sales team, contributing to forecasting and reporting

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a sales support or account management role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and develop within a commercial environment
  • Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate data records
  • A team player – collaborative, personable, and sociable with a positive attitude
