A natural ability to listen, ask the right questions, understand the root cause of problems and work collaboratively with clients to find practical solutions. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to use your initiative, take ownership and get stuck in. A genuine desire to learn, develop your knowledge and continually improve both yourself and the customer experience.
