Supporting You

Your career is more than just your next job - and our support reflects that.

When you talk to us about your career, we look well beyond your CV. We take the time to understand your experience, motivations, priorities, and what a fulfilling next step genuinely looks like for you.

Between us, we’ve climbed corporate ladders, taken career breaks, raised families, changed career paths entirely, stepped into leadership, and built a business from scratch. We know first-hand how careers evolve and change - and we use that experience to support you with clarity, empathy, and practical guidance.

Many of the people we’ve helped stay in touch years (and sometimes decades) later - not because we placed them once, but because they trust us to be honest, supportive, and genuinely invested in their long-term success.

When you talk to us about your career and what's important to you, we consider so much more than just salary, exposure, and skills.

Personalised, Thoughtful Guidance

We take time to understand your story - what you’ve learned, what you’ve enjoyed, and what you’d like to leave behind. Together, we explore opportunities that align with your skills, your ambitions, and what matters most outside of work, too.

Career Mapping & Guidance

Whether you’re considering progression, a change in direction, or simply evaluating what’s next, we take a long-term view. We help you think through your options, and where useful, we connect you with mentors and professionals who’ve walked similar paths. Our goal is to give you perspective as well as opportunity.

Support Through Change

Careers aren’t linear - and life isn’t either. We support you through transitions such as returning from a break, navigating redundancy, changing industries, or seeking better balance. Practical, calm, considered advice to help you move through change with confidence.

Honest, Transparent Counsel

You’ll always know where you stand. We share the realities of a role, the culture, the salary, and the expectations - openly and without sugarcoating. Our honest approach means you can make informed decisions and feel fully in control of your career move.

Salary and Package Negotiation

You deserve to feel valued - and properly compensated. We negotiate on your behalf, helping you secure the right package for your needs. That includes flexible working arrangements, reasonable adjustments, progression pathways, and the wider benefits that support your life as well as your work.

Long Term Partnership

We’re here for more than one job search. Many of the people we support stay in touch throughout their careers - coming back for advice, perspective, or a sounding board when life or work takes a new turn. For us, success isn’t placing you once; it’s supporting you in a way that feels genuinely meaningful throughout the entirety of your career.

Our Expertise.

We support people with experience across a wide range of disciplines. Our specialist areas include:

  • Executive & Board
