About the Role
Inc Consulting is proud to be supporting a leading national training provider in their search for a Senior Business Development Manager. This business delivers high-quality Skills Bootcamps and Commercial Training to the construction sector.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by engaging construction businesses, promoting training solutions, and securing new partnerships. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across the region.
Role Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies and key stakeholders. Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing accounts. Design and deliver bespoke training solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain expert knowledge of funded and commercial training products and funding streams. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry functions.
Person Specification
Minimum A Level qualification or equivalent. Proven sales background within the construction sector (Essential) Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet and exceed targets with excellent time management. Experience designing bespoke training courses and delivering NVQs/apprenticeships. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
What’s on Offer
This permanent position offers a starting salary of £60,000, along with a monthly performance-related bonus and a negotiable car allowance.
Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 27 days after two years’ service, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days.
