That meant taking the time to understand people, being upfront about what&rsquo;s realistic, and delivering work that actually makes a difference.</p><p data-start="1014" data-end="1421">As the business grew, so did the team. <a href="cm/about-us/work-with-us" target="_blank" rel="noopener">People joined</a> not just for the brand, but for the <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/benjaminlaker/2021/04/23/culture-is-a-companys-single-most-powerful-advantage-heres-why/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">culture</a>: collaborative, determined, and down-to-earth.&nbsp;</p><p data-start="1423" data-end="1974">By the end of 2025, the business had evolved well beyond its early structure. We refreshed our brand, evolved our values, and invested in our team. We introduced our 9-day fortnight, expanded our employee benefits and training offering, and focused on building a culture where people can do their best work without burning out. We also embedded ourselves deeply into the Sheffield business community through partnerships, events, and honest conversations about issues that matter.</p><p data-start="1976" data-end="2275">Today, we work across the UK on a broad mix of multi-disciplinary roles, supporting organisations that value straightforward communication, honest consultancy, and a personal approach.
