  • Manage ERP‑related activities, including raising production jobs, allocating materials, maintaining data integrity and acting on MRP messages.
  • Attend daily operational reviews, proactively addressing schedule issues and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customer representatives.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in production planning or scheduling within a fast‑paced, precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to spot issues early and resolve or escalate appropriately.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across manufacturing, engineering, and wider business teams.
  • Competent user of ERP systems, alongside strong Excel and general IT capability.
  • High‑energy, enthusiastic team player with a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • APICS certification (desirable).
