Interim Commercial Finance Manager

About the Role
One-month rolling contract? Why would any Commercial Finance Manager want that?
Two reasons… no monthly management accounts production and valuable exposure to business change.
You'll be joining a major manufacturing business as it works through an ownership transition.
In return is a front-row seat to what most finance professionals only read about from a distance. Something that will distinguish you in your future moves.
You'll see how decisions are made when the stakes are higher, how a manufacturing business adapts when circumstances change and how leaders balance short-term priorities with longer-term outcomes.
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Director, your focus will be on forecasting, product costing, analysing performance and helping stakeholders navigate the decisions in front of them. Alongside this, you'll help establish the financial reporting, controls and processes required for the new operating company.
You'll also lead an established transactional team that doesn't need fixing, but do need someone like you to provide confidence, clarity and direction through a period of change.
This won't be the right move for someone looking for complete certainty.
But it’s the right move for someone experienced who enjoys rallying a team, professional growth and interesting work over predictability.
If this sounds like you and you’ve worked in manufacturing, apply now.
