Job Description
- Completing accurate bank reconciliations across multiple client accounts, ensuring financial information is correct and compliant.
- Investigating discrepancies, identifying the root cause, and working with internal teams to resolve queries.
- Collaborating closely with operations, finance, and client teams to keep communication smooth and service consistent.
- Preparing documentation for audits and supporting audit activity throughout the year.
- Contributing to process improvements within the finance function.
- Managing your own workload, planning your month around busy reconciliation periods.
Person Specification
- Bank reconciliation experience — essential for this role.
- Confident with Excel: VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, formulas, pivot tables, and general data comparison.
- Highly organised, able to manage your own workload and stay on top of deadlines.
- A genuine team player who enjoys working autonomously but contributes to a supportive, friendly culture.
- Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who can build effective internal relationships.
