About the Role

Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in Immingham to recruit a People Experience Officer.

This is a newly created, specialist role within an experienced and highly regarded HR Team, offering the opportunity to shape and lead internal communications across the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring employees are informed, engaged and connected, playing a key role in strengthening communication, collaboration and the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate internal communications, ensuring clear, consistent and engaging messaging across the business.
  • Own and deliver the annual internal communications and employee engagement calendar, coordinating campaigns, updates and key business announcements.
  • Take responsibility for employee forums, focus groups and internal networks, ensuring colleagues have opportunities to share feedback and stay connected.
  • Produce engaging internal content, including newsletters, communications, presentations and employee updates across a variety of channels.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to support communication requirements for projects and business initiatives, ensuring the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
  • Coordinate communication materials, training resources and supporting documentation to enable successful project delivery and organisational change.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Internal Communications, Employee Engagement or similar communications-focused role is essential.
  • An exceptional communicator with excellent written skills and the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Passionate about delivering a positive employee experience and building an inclusive, connected workplace.
  • Naturally collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, empathetic and creative, always looking for new ways to improve communication and employee engagement.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hull on a 5-month fixed-term contract until Christmas. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, quickly become part of the team and provide immediate support during a busy period, including year-end, audit and a major finance system implementation. We're looking for a proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership, using their initiative and adding value from day one. Job Description Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations. Support year-end activities and work closely with external auditors throughout the audit process. Play a key role in the implementation of a new finance/ERP system, supporting testing, process improvements and embedding new ways of working. Prepare meaningful financial analysis and management information to support business decision-making. Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing financial support and building strong working relationships. Support the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and take a flexible, hands-on approach wherever required. Person Specification Previous experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE). Experience supporting year-end and external audit processes. Previous involvement in a finance or ERP system implementation would be highly advantageous. A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and hit the ground running. Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships, influence stakeholders and use initiative to solve problems. Role Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and acting as their trusted day-to-day contact. Proactively support clients to maximise their use of the platform through regular engagement, training and ongoing guidance. Respond to customer support tickets, taking ownership of queries, investigating issues and working with internal teams to ensure a timely resolution. A natural ability to listen, ask the right questions, understand the root cause of problems and work collaboratively with clients to find practical solutions. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to use your initiative, take ownership and get stuck in.
