About the Role

Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnering with an innovative, Sheffield-based technology business to recruit a Customer Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing SaaS business with an impressive client base, where you'll play a key role in building long-term customer relationships, delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping clients maximise the value of a market-leading software platform.

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, solving problems and taking ownership. It's a varied position that combines account management, customer service and customer success, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and acting as their trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Proactively support clients to maximise their use of the platform through regular engagement, training and ongoing guidance.
  • Respond to customer support tickets, taking ownership of queries, investigating issues and working with internal teams to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Lead client conversations via telephone, video calls and online meetings, confidently managing expectations and agreeing clear actions.
  • Work closely with Product, Development and Marketing teams, ensuring customer feedback helps shape future platform improvements.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, webinars and customer training, whilst continually identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Person Specification

We're looking just as much for the right attitude as we are for previous experience.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or another customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships quickly, lead conversations and positively influence customers.
  • A natural ability to listen, ask the right questions, understand the root cause of problems and work collaboratively with clients to find practical solutions.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to use your initiative, take ownership and get stuck in.
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop your knowledge and continually improve both yourself and the customer experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst remaining calm, professional and customer-focused.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, complex and growing organisation operating within a highly regulated sector. Created as a result of continued business growth, this role will play a key part in strengthening the Group Finance function and delivering high-quality consolidated reporting to support strategic decision-making. Job Description Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidated financial reporting under IFRS. Manage complex group consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations and supporting reconciliations. Produce consolidated reporting packs, cash flow statements and analytical reports for senior leadership teams and external stakeholders. Support lender and financing reporting requirements, ensuring information is delivered accurately and on time. Act as a key contact during the external audit process, preparing schedules, reconciliations and responding to audit queries. Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks within Group Finance. Person Specification Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
