Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and acting as their trusted day-to-day contact.
- Proactively support clients to maximise their use of the platform through regular engagement, training and ongoing guidance.
- Respond to customer support tickets, taking ownership of queries, investigating issues and working with internal teams to ensure a timely resolution.
- Lead client conversations via telephone, video calls and online meetings, confidently managing expectations and agreeing clear actions.
- Work closely with Product, Development and Marketing teams, ensuring customer feedback helps shape future platform improvements.
- Deliver onboarding sessions, webinars and customer training, whilst continually identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Person Specification
We're looking just as much for the right attitude as we are for previous experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or another customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships quickly, lead conversations and positively influence customers.
- A natural ability to listen, ask the right questions, understand the root cause of problems and work collaboratively with clients to find practical solutions.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to use your initiative, take ownership and get stuck in.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop your knowledge and continually improve both yourself and the customer experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst remaining calm, professional and customer-focused.
