About the Role
Inc. Consulting is excited to partner with a growing professional services organisation celebrated for its supportive, people-focused culture. We are recruiting a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop or start your career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Role Responsibilities
· Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
· Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
· Help with onboarding and induction activities.
· Respond to general HR queries and provide excellent service to employees.
· Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Person Specification
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and trustworthy.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident using Teams and Outlook.
· A proactive learner, adaptable, and able to manage multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
· Experience as a HR Administrator would be desirable, but is not an essential requirement to apply.
What's On Offer
This permanent position offers a salary of £25,000–£30,000 (DOE), with 28 days annual leave, rising to 33 days with service (inclusive of Bank Holidays), plus additional Christmas closure days, with flexible hybrid working.
