About the Role
Inc. Consulting is excited to partner with a growing organisation based in Sheffield. We are recruiting an Interim Marketing Executive for a temporary ongoing opportunity, with potential longer-term prospects.
This role will play a key part in driving B2B growth, scaling pipeline and accelerating revenue across both UK and international markets. You will be responsible for delivering and executing an integrated marketing strategy, leading campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable commercial impact, using data to inform decision-making and optimise performance.
Role Responsibilities.
- Develop and deliver a B2B marketing strategy aligned to business growth and revenue objectives.
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns using digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Drive lead generation, demand creation and pipeline growth, working closely with sales and commercial teams.
- Use data, insights and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and maximise ROI.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, execution, reporting and optimisation.
- Support brand positioning and messaging across UK and international markets.
- Identify opportunities to improve targeting, processes and marketing effectiveness through continuous analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing activity supports wider business goals.
Person Specification.
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a growth-focused or commercial environment.
- Experience gained within a professional services or business services environment would be preferable.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline development and revenue-driven marketing.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights and analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in an interim or evolving role.
- Available to start at short notice / immediately.
