Inc. Consulting is excited to be partnering with a well-established business, recognised for its collaborative, supportive and people-focused culture. We are recruiting a Finance Manager for a key role within the Central Services finance team. This is a hands-on and highly visible position that will play a critical part in driving consistency across recently restructured regional finance teams, while also acting as a central point of ownership for Central Services reporting and performance.
Role Responsibilities
• Lead the production of monthly management accounts for Central Services and support consolidated reporting across the wider business
• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting, working closely with key stakeholders across central functions
• Partner with operational leaders across HR, IT, Marketing and other head office functions to provide insight, challenge spend and support decision-making
• Play a key role in year-end and audit processes, including preparation of reporting packs and resolution of audit queries
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet positions, ensuring accuracy, control and clear understanding of key movements
• Act as a key link between Central Services and Regional Finance Teams, supporting consistency, best practice and alignment across the group
• Identify and support improvements to reporting, controls and processes, helping to drive efficiency across the finance function
Person Specification
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong technical grounding with solid experience in management accounting and financial reporting
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to data accuracy and integrity
• Commercially aware with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work through detail as well as see the bigger picture
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to continuous improvement and best practice
• Experience in a similar Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant or comparable role would be highly beneficial
What’s On Offer
This permanent position offers a salary of circa £50,000–£65,000 DOE, plus car allowance, alongside a strong wider benefits package including bonus, private medical insurance, pension scheme, share options, and additional lifestyle benefits.
The role offers a flexible hybrid working model, typically 2-3 days in the office.
