Job Description
Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering accurate financial reconciliations across client accounts
Oversee the integrity and safeguarding of client funds, ensuring strong controls and compliance are maintained
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and audit partners
Manage workloads, priorities, and deadlines to ensure service levels and performance standards are consistently met
Investigate and resolve complex reconciliation issues, providing clear insight and solutions
Drive continuous improvement across processes, controls, and ways of working
Person Specification
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a finance or accounts environment
Strong background in reconciliations, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to build effective working relationships
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Collaborative management style – supportive, empowering, and able to foster a high trust, high performance culture
