Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering accurate financial reconciliations across client accounts
  • Oversee the integrity and safeguarding of client funds, ensuring strong controls and compliance are maintained
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and audit partners
  • Manage workloads, priorities, and deadlines to ensure service levels and performance standards are consistently met
  • Investigate and resolve complex reconciliation issues, providing clear insight and solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, controls, and ways of working

Person Specification

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a finance or accounts environment
  • Strong background in reconciliations, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Collaborative management style – supportive, empowering, and able to foster a high trust, high performance culture

Salary up to £35,000 (DOE), with hybrid working (maximum 2 days in the office) and a great benefits package.
