Brief.

We partnered with Inspire North to build a robust finance function that could underpin the charity’s growth, ensuring smooth delivery of its vital services. Recruitment over the years includes interim roles to support additional workload and projects, leadership positions to drive teams and processes, and permanent hires to strengthen the finance function long-term. A deep understanding of Inspire North’s culture, values, and collaborative approach was essential to ensure every hire could contribute to the charity’s mission.
