We refreshed our brand, evolved our values, and invested in our team. We introduced our 9-day fortnight, expanded our employee benefits and training offering, and focused on building a culture where people can do their best work without burning out. We also embedded ourselves deeply into the Sheffield business community through partnerships, events, and honest conversations about issues that matter.Today, we work across the UK on a broad mix of multi-disciplinary roles, supporting organisations that value straightforward communication, honest consultancy, and a personal approach.
